1. Validity of the sales contract and product information

The sales contract is concluded after the customer confirms the order and Wurn OÜ issues an invoice. All products are manufactured or assembled by hand. The description and features of the goods are provided with the respective product.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers, unless the parties have separately agreed to this in writing.

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except where the return is due to a defect or an incorrect product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send a corresponding email to info@wurn.eu no later than 14 days from receiving the goods. The payment will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

6. Complaints and claims

Wurn OÜ is liable for defects in products purchased by consumers that become apparent within two years of delivery.

The business customer must inspect the goods without undue delay after receipt and notify Wurn OÜ of any possible non-conformity with the contract terms within a reasonable time, describing the defect with sufficient accuracy.

7. Processing of personal data

Wurn OÜ uses the customer’s personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling the order and delivery. The data will not be passed on to third parties, except to the transport service provider.

8. Resale and cooperation

9. Dispute resolution

If you have any complaints, please contact us by email or phone. If an agreement cannot be reached, the consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Commission or the EU Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform and the Court of Arbitration
