The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. a custom-made urn).
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except where the return is due to a defect or an incorrect product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a corresponding email to info@wurn.eu no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. The payment will be refunded within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods.
Wurn OÜ is liable for any defects in the product that become apparent within two years from the date of delivery. If a defect occurs, please contact us at info@wurn.eu or by phone at +372 5628 6826.
Wurn OÜ uses the customer’s personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling the order and delivery. The data will not be passed on to third parties, except to the transport service provider.
