WURN OÜ – Terms and Conditions

The website www.wurn.eu (hereinafter, the “Website”) belongs to Wurn OÜ (registration code 17231525, Haeska village, Saaremaa, Estonia).

The products presented on the website are for information purposes only. If you would like to place an order or resell, please contact us by email or phone. The product descriptions displayed on the website do not constitute a binding offer.


1. Validity of the sales contract and product information

The sales contract is concluded after the customer confirms the order and Wurn OÜ issues an invoice. All products are manufactured or assembled by hand. The description and features of the goods are provided with the respective product.

2. Placing an order

To place an order:

  • select the appropriate product and click “Send inquiry” or write directly to info@wurn.eu,
  • please include the name of the desired product, quantity, and delivery address in the message.

After receiving your request, we will contact you to confirm your order and send you an invoice for payment.

3. Payment methods

You can pay for your order by bank transfer based on the invoice:

4. Delivery

The goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland.
The shipment of the goods is organized by Wurn OÜ in cooperation with Omniva and Itella (in Finland, the partner is Posti).

Shipping costs are paid by the buyer; the exact amount will be agreed upon order confirmation and reflected on the invoice.

Delivery time:

  • In Estonia 3–5 working days,
  • to other aforementioned countries within 14 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be up to 45 days.

5. Right of withdrawal and return of goods

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product is made at the customer’s request or order (e.g., a custom-made urn).

The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return costs unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect product.

To withdraw, you must email info@wurn.eu no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

6. Filing claims

Wurn OÜ is responsible for product defects that occur within two years of delivery. If a defect occurs, please contact us at: info@wurn.eu or by phone +372 5628 6826.

7. Processing of personal data

Wurn OÜ uses the customer’s personal data only for order fulfillment and delivery. The data is not transferred to third parties, except for the transport service provider (Omniva / Itella / Posti).

Newsletters are only sent if the customer has given separate consent.

8. Resale and cooperation

Wurn OÜ cooperates with funeral homes and distributors in Estonia and abroad. If you would like more information about wholesale prices, partnership conditions, or cooperation opportunities, please write to info@wurn.eu.

9. Dispute resolution

If you have any complaints, please contact us by email or phone. If an agreement cannot be reached, the consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Commission or the EU Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform and the Court of Arbitration
